About Course

Our ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Lead Auditor Training Course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to effectively lead and conduct audits of occupational health management systems based on the ISO 45001:2018 standard. Day 1: Introduction to OHSMS and ISO 45001:2018, covering organizational context, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation, and improvement, with clause identification homework.
Day 2: Review of Day 1, understanding audit terminology, types, processes, conducting audits, roles, responsibilities, and audit plan requirements.
Day 3: Effective communication, collecting information, audit findings, meetings, questioning techniques, audit reports, follow-up activities, and auditor roles.
Day 4: Deepening understanding of auditing context, risks, opportunities, competence, operations, performance evaluation, improvement, with non-conformity reporting.
Day 5: Finalizing audit activities including closing meetings, report preparation, follow-up, exam readiness, and course closure.

Having prior knowledge and understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) - ISO 45001:2018 will be an added advantage. A general understanding of ISO 45001:2018 is recommended.
