Course Content

Day 1: Introduction to QMS, ISO 9001:2015 clauses, quality management principles, and organizational context, along with activities on mapping processes and identifying risks and opportunities.

Day 2: Continued exploration of ISO 9001:2015 clauses, discussion on audit-related terminology, types, and processes, including understanding audit activities, roles, responsibilities, and determining audit objectives, scope, and criteria.

Day 3: Focus on audit planning, conducting opening meetings, collecting audit evidence, identifying findings, and conducting audit follow-up activities, including preparing audit plans and documents.

Day 4: Deepening understanding of auditing context, risks, opportunities, competence, awareness, operations, performance evaluation, and improvement, with practical exercises on identifying and reporting non-conformities.

Day 5: Finalizing audit activities including conducting closing meetings, preparing audit reports, conducting audit follow-up, readiness for examination, and course closure with feedback.
